"Esta Rotiseria fue creada por mi padre Jose Spinoso. Un negocio familiar de 30 años, donde se trabajo con sudor, mucho esfuerzo, trabajando a full mis padres con mi hermana mayor. Dieron todo por Kapote!! Se me dio la oportunidad de seguir con este legado!! en compañia de mi marido y mi mama que nos enseño todos los secretos y ademas de ver a mi viejo cocinar, logramos llevar adelante Kapote. Con el apoyo d nuestros clientes logramos ser quienes somos Gracias a ellos y a nuestra familia!!! eternamente agradecidos!!!"

"Excelente rotisería. El sabor de lo casero. Porciones super abundantes. Milanesas de ternera y supremas gigantes. Parrilla de primer nivel a leña, cocinando a punto chorizos, vacío, tapa de asado, asado de costilla, pollo. Empanadas fritas de carne y de jamón y queso. Y los domingos pastas caseras, ravioles de pollo con verduras y tallarines totalmente hechos a mano."
